Marsh's Barry Jones and Allianz's Robin Stagg scooped the outstanding individual awards at the first UK Claims Excellence Awards, hosted by Insurance Times last night.

Introducing the evening at the InterContinental Hotel, Park Lane, Insurance Times publishing director Shân Millie said: "Ladies and Gentlemen, colleagues & friends, on behalf of the entire Insurance Times brand team, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the very first Claims Excellence Awards.
