Esure’s Peter Wood voted Industry Achiever of the Year
More than 1,300 people from UK general insurance gathered at Battersea Evolution in London tonight to celebrate some of the industry’s best achievements at The Insurance Times Awards 2014.
Esure Group chairman Peter Wood scooped one of the most prestigious awards of the night, picking up the Industry Achiever of the Year Award.
A-Plan Insurance’s Carl Shuker also received top honours by taking home the Broker CEOs’ CEO Award. This year’s Insurer CEOs’ CEO Award was given to Direct Line Group’s Paul Geddes.
Insurance Times editor Saxon East said: “Congratulations to all of our winners tonight and thanks to all our entrants. It is fantastic to be able to recognise all of your achievements and to celebrate the great things that the UK general insurance industry has achieved over the last 12 months.
