Biography: Snowball is group executive director responsible for Norwich Union. He began his career in the Army, and was there for 20 years. He joined Goddard Kay Rogers
as a consultant before joining Ajax Insurance Association. Ajax was bought by Norwich Union in 1989 and Snowball became managing director of Ajax in 1991. In 1994 he became
personal insurances director of Norwich Union, and managing director general insurance in 1996. He was appointed to his present position in 2001.
