Claims outsourcing company Claims Plus has become part of a new car leasing partnership that aims to become the largest motor solutions brand in Europe.
The joint venture welds together Avis' PHH vehicle management services company, which includes Claims Plus, and BNP Paribas' car leasing company Arval.
Claims Plus has 400,000 fleet customers and has recently won a contract from insurer Liverpool Victoria to manage claims on behalf of its 500,000 motor policyholders.
The PHH/Arval brand will be 80% owned by French bank BNP Paribas. Arval is currently the largest car leasing company in the UK and France.
