Fraud management company adds Investigation team leader
Absolute CM, a specialist provider of outsourced fraud management solutions to the insurance industry, has extended its team in order to meet growing demand for its services.
Four new members of staff, Melanie Patterson, Mark Skerrett, Claire Peed and David Fowley have joined Absolute from Conversant Data where they were fraud investigators. They bring with them over 36 years of experience in fraud management.
Patterson will take on the role of Fraud Investigation Team Leader whilst Mark, Claire and David have been appointed Case Managers.
They will focus on identifying honesty, and challenging fraud through the use of forensic psychology and cognitive interviewing.
Patterson said: “Each of us can see the potential to excel in the professional environment created by Absolute. Our skills are being augmented as we apply the methodologies built into this unique fraud management solution and the results being achieved are truly startling.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
