NARS will provide repairs for personal lines broker customers

Nationwide Accident Repair Services (NARS) has extended its contract with AXA to cover additional work worth £10m a year.

Previously, the company had provided repair services to only AXA’s commercial customers.

The extension means Nationwide will also provide services to customers who buy their AXA motor policies through personal lines brokers.

Nationwide handles repair and accident administration services for the UK insurance industry, fleet operators and retail customers.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
