Advanced Claims Management (ACM) has won chemical giant ICI's motor fleet claims handling contract.
ACM will now provide accident management for all of ICI's 31 companies and 2,000 UK-based vehicles.
The firm says it will provide a total service, from reporting the incident to authorising repairs using its own engineering department and repairer network.
Malcolm Alexander, of ICI Risk & Insurance Services, said: “We were impressed with the range of services ACM could bring to bear and the added advantage of having the whole claims handling operation under one roof.”
