AA Insurance has seen a massive jump in customers using its internet service following a £6m advertising campaign this autumn.
Internet insurance services manager Treiee Nicholas said between 10% and 15% of the AA's insurance business was now arriving by web.
Nicholas said: "The campaign reflects our confidence in our internet services and has triggered a big increase in the volume of quotes and sales."
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
