Novae Group’s new non-exec director is City heavyweight Laurie Adams, who has held senior legal and compliance roles in the investment banking sector, has a diverse portfolio of directorships under his belt.
He is a director of holiday company Siblu Holdings, perhaps better known by its former name of Haven Europe, and last year he was appointed a non-exec of Northern Rock.
Membership of Novae’s audit committee will be a bit of light relief for Adams compared to the joys of overseeing the beleaguered Northern Rock’s progress.
