Stay off the roads!
More pointless, but curiously interesting research, this time from Admiral. Apparently the most dangerous day to be on the road is Friday, 18 January, the insurer found after analysing £1.8m worth of claims received over the past 15 years.
It would seem that most accidents happen on 18 January, while Friday is the most common day of the week for crashes.
Backchat, however, thinks that the most dangerous time to drive would be whenever Backchat is behind a wheel.
Incidentally, the day with the least reported accidents is 29 February.
