Price comparison business Chiarezza sold to French broker BlackFin
Motor insurer Admiral has sold its Italian price comparison business, Chiarezza, to French broker BlackFin Assurance Courtage.
The sale follows a review of Chiarezza, which Admiral announced in March along with its full-year 2011 results.
As at the end of December 2011 Chiarezza had gross assets of £1.3m.
Admiral says the sale will have no impact on its Italian motor business, ConTe, which will continue operating as usual.
