Motor insurance provider Adrian Flux has acquired Herts Insurance Consultants (HIC), a provider of cherished and modified car cover.
HIC will retain its trading name, and the company will continue to operate independently from its offices in Bishops Stortford, said David Flux, senior partner at Adrian Flux.
Flux said: “Not only do both Flux and HIC have clearly distinctive branding, but they also enjoy excellent customer loyalty, which can only increase the access HIC will now have to the Flux Group's economies of scale.”
There will be no redundancies, the company said.
