Jost Wahlen to oversee Underwriting Academy
Allianz has announced the appointment of Jost Wahlen as the company’s new head of learning and development.
Based at the company’s head office in Guildford, Wahlen will oversee the graduate schemes, Underwriting Academy and the range of programmes supporting employee leadership and skills development.
Wahlen joins from at global engineering company Bombardier, where he was director of workforce development.
He said: "The level of professional skills and expertise is already very high in the company – I am planning to take these now a step further to support our future business success."
