Insurer's household product range completes next phase of roll-out

Allianz Retail’s broker household product range, Allianz Clear, has been launched to over 500 Insurecom software users.

It forms the next stage of the range’s roll-out to Allianz Retail’s broker network.

The new household range was launched in early 2009 and represents a move away from the traditional ‘one size fits all’ household cover to a ‘three-tier’ product range. Allianz said more than 50,000 policies have been sold to-date.

Tim Pitts, product manager at Allianz Retail, said: “We have received some great feedback from brokers who participated in our product pilot in 2009 and we will be listening to broker opinion following the range’s roll-out.

"The input we receive from brokers is vital to ensuring we continue to develop innovative products that centre on the needs of our customers.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
