Propertycheck aims to lower premiums with inspection services
Allianz Engineering has launched a commercial property package that keeps on top of the latest regulatory changes introduced by the new coalition government.
Allianz Engineering special services manager Steve Ford said the new scheme, Propertycheck, delivers a range of inspection services that should help lower premiums. Services include electrical fixed wiring examination, health and safety assessments, gas services, energy certification, and bespoke health and safety training for landlords and tenants.
Ford said: “Increased penalties under the Health and Safety (Offences) Act 2008 make effective health and safety measures more important than ever for all businesses and individuals.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
