Allianz Cornhill is launching its first imarket product this week.

The insurer said its Complete Retailer product would be available with software house Acturis.

Jason Potter, Allianz Cornhill's e-trading manager, said the company's office product and then its commercial combined policy would be next on the system.

The imarket system is set to save brokers and insurers time and money through elimination of re-keying, providing fast quotes and claims tracking.

Potter said: "Brokers will no longer have to know all the details of insurers' extranet sites, assisting with training and compliance."

Last month Groupama said it was going live with its Optima Shop product on imarket, also with Acturis.

' Norwich Union will launch its shop policy on imarket in September, according to its head of technology Philip Nunn.
