Deirdre McLoughlin rejoins Mike Matthews
Former Setanta Insurance general manager Deirdre McLoughlin has linked up with ex-chief executive Mike Matthews (pictured) at Sevitt Group.
McLoughlin has become project director of Sevitt Group, which includes three separate companies – Sevitt Consulting, Sevitt Management and Sevitt Technologies - with offices in Dublin, London and Manchester
Sevitt Group is headed up by chief executive Matthews, who returned to Sevitt – which he founded with McLoughlin in 2003 – last summer after resigning as Setanta boss.
Matthews said: “It is great to have Deirdre back at Sevitt in the role of project director. Deirdre’s strength lies in her unique understanding of both operational management and process re-engineering in the insurance space and in knowing what workflow and infrastructure solutions to introduce to meet a client’s unique set of circumstances and goals.”
McLoughlin said: “I am looking forward to working with Sevitt clients helping them reshape their businesses to meet the regulatory and operational issues they are facing today and future-proofing their organisations for the challenges ahead.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
