Kielty now heads up Aon corporate across three branches

Aon Risk Solutions has appointed Jane Kielty as area director of the Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield sections of Aon’s corporate business.

Previously Kielty was Manchester area director. She will report to Aon Risk Solutions chief executive of UK retail business Jim Herbert.

Kielty said: “I’m really looking forward to working across this wider geography, but what excites me the most is the sense of enthusiasm and energy I can already see in the teams about the idea of working even more closely together across the north.” 

Herbert said: “I’m delighted that Jane will now be able to bring her passion for the business to a wider network.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
