Aquilo is planning to sell its motor business.
The listed claims management and advisory group has opened negotiations with another listed UK company for the acquisition of Aquilo Motor Services.
Aquilo chairman, Kevin Keasey, said: "We are pleased to have a proposed deal which, if it completes, will benefit all the stakeholders of the company, offering continuity of business and financial stability".
