Argent Liability Adjusters has expanded its major loss capability with two senior promotions.

Rowena Byrne-Jones has become head and Lee Staunton director of a new major, complex and speciality loss practice.

Byrne-Jones, a director at Argent, has led on multi-million pound claims in the UK and across Europe.

Staunton has been a director and manager at Argent for eight years.

This reorganisation signals our increased commitment to meeting that demand and further developing this area of our business. The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
