Hargreaves to work with brokers in Thames Valley region
Commercial lines underwriting specialist Arista Insurance has appointed Caroline Hargreaves as development underwriter supporting brokers in the Thames Valley region.
Hargreaves will be responsible for servicing brokers in the Reading and Oxford area and developing new agencies.
She has five years’ underwriting experience, as well as five-and-a-half years as a broker. She joins from MMA Insurance where she worked as regional underwriter in Reading underwriting commercial combined, property owners and motor trade.
Arista Insurance regional manager Andy Wright said: “Arista has always placed underwriters in close proximity to our broker partners and we are consciously recruiting to place them even closer. The Thames Valley area has always been supported by our Southampton team, but, in Caroline, it now has its own dedicated support with expert local knowledge of risks, the market and the brokers that trade there.
“Caroline’s appointment is a demonstration of our commitment to brokers in the Thames Valley area and Arista’s ambition to provide even closer underwriter access for brokers.”
