Awards are funny things.
At last week's Cila annual luncheon, the first Society of Claims Technicians award for its best exam result was announced. The award was sponsored by loss adjuster Cunningham Lindsey.
It was with a wry smile that Cila president George Moss was pleased to say the winner was Danny Fowler, who works for - you've guessed it - Cunningham Lindsey.
