Company to provide breakdown services to broker’s motorcycle and classic car customers

Specialist motor broker Carole Nash has appointed AXA Assistance as provider of breakdown services to its motorcycle and classic car customers.

The move marks Carole Nash’s return to AXA Assistance after using another provider for several years.

AXA Assistance said the new contract is long term and sits alongside the motor excess protection insurance that AXA Assistance already offers to Carole Nash customers.

AXA Assistance director of account management Rick Ware said: “Winning the Carole Nash contract is a brilliant achievement and demonstrates that our breakdown service is second to none.

“We believe our particular strength in attending and resolving motorcycle breakdowns at the roadside was the key to our success and gave us a competitive edge over rival providers.”

Carle Nash products and marketing director Nick Baker added: “AXA Assistance offers proven excellence in the roadside repair and recovery of motorcycles and specialist vehicles, a field in which it is a market leader.

“Because we are renewing a historic relationship we enjoy the benefit of experience and that provides solid reassurance that our high service level expectations will be met.”
