Updated commercial policy will cover cyber, infringement of copyright and pollution risks

AXA has updated its management liability product to offer wider cover and a 24-hour risk management service.

The policy will now cover cyber, infringement of copyright and pollution risks.

Customers will also be able to access free, 24-hour tax, health and safety and employment advice from law firm rradar.

Head of management liability at AXA commercial lines and personal intermediary Callum Taylor said: “This was already a market leading product, but the business landscape is changing rapidly and the risks develop in line with that change.

“By extending the cover we are reacting to these changes and ensuring that when a business buys this product, they have cover that is relevant to today’s market dynamics.”

He added: “With the free services provided by rradar, businesses will be able to access expert advice that will allow them to manage and limit their risk exposure and ultimately reduce the chances that they will have to make a claim in the first place.”
