Axa Insurance has launched CoverPro, a laptop-based fact finding tool designed to change the way in which brokers engage with commercial clients.
Axa said the service is ideally suited to the SME segment. It is designed to provide brokers with a consistent process to capture risk information from new and existing customers.
By taking advantage of technology, it allows them to eliminate some of the work involved in converting their normal fact-finds into submissions to insurers, and into client reports.
It will also provide brokers with a comprehensive solution to evidencing demands and needs, and is therefore expected to be a "valuable tool" in achieving FSA compliance.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
