AXA Personal Lines has restructured its Intermediary and Partners New Business Team.

The team will be led by Kirsty Walker, director of sales and partnerships and managed by Layton Wilkinson, head of sales and bid management.

The team also includes head of new business–intermediary Jeff Dunn, development managers Ross Hallifax and David Wilkins, senior bid manager Rebecca Brown and proposition and bid managers Annika Clarke and Vicky Chytis.

The team will manage the full new business process from tender to contract and beyond, establishing and developing key external relationships to form new partnerships while building propositions that meet changing partner and broker needs.

Walker said: “Our priorities moving forwards are focused on building relationships based on trust, developing partnerships that are sustainable and profitable for all parties and delivering on our promises.

“We’ll be working hard to harness our existing relationships and ensuring we meet, if not exceed, their needs whilst at the same time looking to forge new relationships in the market.”
