Axa Direct will offer additional support services to its motor and household customers from October 8, following a deal with Thomas Cook Global & Financial Services.

The services include travel reservations and emergency travel assistance, holiday discounts, cash transfers, flower delivery, a messaging and courier service and a restaurant guide.

They will be available to new customers as part of their policies and to existing customers when they renew their policies.

The freephone number for the service will be accessible from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
