Backchat received this hilarious observation from an AXA employee this week.
"When I phone AXA's office in Bolton the automated telephone system gives me this message:
`I'm sorry all our agents are busy etc...'
"This is clearly untrue as at least one of their agents (me) is not.
"I'm sat in the office twiddling my thumbs listening to a recorded message telling me that all their agents are busy, wondering how many other AXA agents are not busy, but sat there twiddling their thumbs listening to the same recorded message."
