Axiom Claims Consulting Ltd has made two senior appointments in a major restructuring programme.
Peter Goss has been appointed to head a new business unit at Axiom Claims Consulting Limited (Axiom). Axiom International is a new business unit responsible for the co-ordination of Axiom's overseas development and client base. Axiom's offices in Tokyo and Sydney now report through Goss, who also assumes responsibility for Axiom's global revenue growth and new business development.
Axiom has also appointed Arthur Chopourian as chairman of Axiom Insurance & Reinsurance Solutions, another new business unit, formed through the merger of Axiom Reinsurance Group (ARG) and Axiom Insurance Management Services (AIMS).
Axiom's chief executive officer Vince Wooding said: "Axiom International becomes our flagship for overseas development and global client co-ordination. Heading this important new initiative, Peter will bring his strong leadership and client facing skills to the vital task of developing Axiom's brand overseas and introducing new clients to the organisation.
"In the past few months the business units of AIMS and ARG have continued to work closer together. It is clear that both offer very similar products and services to clients. In view of this, we have decided to merge the two to form a single entity. I am delighted that Arthur Chopourian has agreed to return to Axiom to head up this important business unit and take up a seat on the board."
