Wildnet has introduced a new consultancy service to help the insurance industry to streamline back office operations.

Mark Birell, chief executive of Wildnet, said: “In delivering a range of underwriting and broking systems to the market, we have increasingly been asked for advice on a range of associated subjects.”

“It is clear that clients are not only looking for specific solutions, but also for help in understanding some of the broader issues around technology and its delivery. As a result we have decided to offer a more formal consultancy service.”

Lloyd's managing agency Atrium is one of Wildnet's first clients to use the service.
