Who says insurance company bosses are generally unpopular?

According to Zurich Financial Services chairman and chief executive Rolf Huppi, his company's decision to introduce 22 claims help points in Switzerland, a country of six million people, has boosted his reputation no end.

He told the press at ZFS's half-year results meeting: “When I go to public places now people pat me on the back rather than haggle about their claim.”
