Backchat is thoroughly relaxed and stress-free after his days off last week. Not so the chaps at Royal & SunAlliance. After reading Backchat's concerns about the howtomanagestress.co.uk website last week, they sent a letter and we had a chat.
The site was late, but Backchat was unfair, they said. The other organisations mentioned do support the site and they will be putting links to it on their sites to prove it. They will be making announcements about their support soon, too. Oh, and if Backchat cared to have a look at the site now, he'd see that it was a great resource.
Not being that stressed himself, Backchat took a peek out of politeness. After a quick scan of the children's section, Backchat turned to the adult's site. “Stress Alert” looked exciting and it was Backchat's first choice. “Please visit this page later this week, when we will be able to provide all the answers to your stress-related questions,” was the message. What about “Stress Index”? Backchat thought, and duly clicked on the button. “Please visit this page later this week, when we will be able to provide all the answers to your stress-related questions,” came the response.
By that time, Backchat could feel the stress rising and decided to log off.
