Last week's Backchat about ripping off Standard Life Healthcare for a third of a pound was slightly premature, it appears.
After returning to work after a few days' holiday, Backchat was dismayed to get a voicemail from the insurer's intermediary channel manager Iain McMillan.
"Lovely Backchat," McMillan said. "Just wanted to let you know, you still owe me 30p."
