Lincoln IFA Terence O'Halloran, who has a masters degree in insurance, has hit the spot with his book If Only Politicians Had Brains.
O'Halloran says the book, launched on Tuesday, is all about the “government diverting the public's attention from what really matters to what seems to matter”.
