Move rules out friendly bid for broker
Robert Bredahl, the head of head of Benfield’s advisory division has sold his entire shareholding in the reinsurance broker worth nearly £800,000.
According to a stock exchange announcement last night, Bredahl sold 260,419 shares at 305.25p.
The move means there cannot currently be a friendly bid for the broker.
