Benfield has today confirmed that at its Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on 24 April the 10 ordinary resolutions and one special resolution put to the meeting were passed in full.
The resolutions included the reappointment of Andrew Fisher, Paul Roy, Frank Wilkinson, and Rob Bredahl. Shareholders also voted in favour of declaring a final dividend of 8 pence per common share.
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
