Broker poaches Provident MD to head up Frontline.
The BGL Group today has appointed a new managing director to oversee the growth of its personal lines business, Frontline.
BGL, which is one of the UK largest personal lines brokers, has poached Mark Collier from Provident Insurance, where he also served as managing director.
Frontline encompasses the BGL Group’s key personal lines insurance brands including BUDGET, ibuyeco, Bennetts bike insurance and Dial Direct.
Collier, who had served as managing director of Provident since 2001, has more than two decades service in the industry.
