Halloween seems a long time ago, but Backchat hears of one Biba delegate who claims to have witnessed some ghostly goings on at her hotel. One Liberty employee, staying in one of Manchester's oldest hotels, was convinced her bedroom was haunted as the TV kept turning itself on and off. She was last seen hurriedly checking herself into a new hotel to escape.
