Backchat was disappointed to hear that Biba had taken a hard line in its approach to media relations. According to insiders, Biba will "no longer fight its battles through the press", something that was evident by its public silence in the terms of businesss agreement row between the IIB and Royal & SunAlliance. In light of the new approach, Backchat wonders if Biba will continue to spend its members' cash retaining PR firm Citigate Dewe Rogerson.
