Biker claims management company seals key renewals.
Bikers Legal Direct (BLD) has held on to two key accounts.
The specialist motorcycle claims management company has renewed deals with broker Motorcycle Direct, and outsourced claims management firm Bankstone.
The contracts will run until the end of 2009 and 31 July 2011 respectively. BLD completed an exclusive three-year repair contract with Bankstone in February 2008.
Jason Richards, chief executive of BLD, said: “There are a number of businesses which offer similar services to those of BLD, but we believe the contracts were renewed due to our established and ongoing service excellence and our sole focus on motorbikes which makes us unique in the market.”
BLD was established in 2000 and specialises in motorcycle credit hire. Last year the company invested in two new motorcycle repair centres, providing full UK cover.
Bankstone director , Dickon Tysoe added: “In both areas BLD is second to none. I know that our partners’ customers will receive excellent service.”
