Cricketing great Ian Botham was the star turn at a business breakfast arranged by Essex broker FMW this week.
FMW reckons it is the largest independent commercial insurance broker in the region. It controls a worldwide annual premium of about £30m with a staff of just under 100 at its Chelmsford headquarters.
FMW specialises in commercial insurance products and risk management, particularly for logistics, printers, motor trade, food and drink, multiple retailers, leisure, sports, electronics, engineers and property owners.
FMW has been a past winner of Commercial Lines Broker of the Year, Broker of the Year Award and Best Broker for Marketing and Customer Care in the Insurance Industry Awards.
