The Serious Fraud Office has refused to comment on reports it will question Independent Insurance chief executive Michael Bright's son James as part of its investigation into the insurer's collapse.
It has been reported that James Bright will be interviewed, along with other senior managers.
Bright was put in charge of international underwriting operations shortly before Independent went into liquidation.
