Burrows' replacement must fit in with the company culture
Peter Burrows’ successor as UK chief executive of Brit should be announced by the summer, he told Insurance Times this week.
Burrows is retiring at the end of this year, and Brit has appointed headhunters to search for a replacement.
Burrows said he would be “disappointed” if an appointment had not been made by the summer.
He said: “[Group chief executive] Dane [Douetil] will be looking for someone with a successful track record, who will fit in with the culture of this organisation.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
