Brit Insurance has appointed Graham Taylor to the business development unit, headed by Richard Webster, business development director.

Taylor has worked for several major Lloyd's syndicates and joined Brit Insurance in 2002, where he was most recently US and international property underwriter.

Mike Sibthorpe, London market underwriting director at Brit Insurance, said: “Graham brings substantial experience across a range of classes to the area of business development. He is a respected and well-known figure within the London Market and his expertise and industry contacts will be invaluable.”
