CVC and Apollo offer is £10.75 plus 25p if price rises

Brit shares rose 4.1% to £10.28 after it said it would recommend shareholders to accept an £850m joint offer from CVC Capital Partners and Apollo, City Am reports.

The offer is for £10.75 a share plus 25p per share if the fully diluted value of Brit’s assets passes £10.75 per share before the end of the year.
