Motor claims management specialist Broker Assistance has won a major regional technology award.
Judges at the 2006 North West Call and Contact Centre Awards gave Broker Assistance the Best Implementation of Technology award for its work with Matrix Contact Centres.
Judge Martin Stacey, business support and investment manager at CallNorthWest, said: “The judges were impressed with both the scale of the undertaking and the quality of the system's design. The company had clearly invested heavily in thinking through its business needs and the effective implementation process. It was clear to us that this investment in technology had enabled Broker Assistance to make the most of its main resource — its people. It's already making life easier for customers and agents and will help Broker Assistance achieve its aim of redefining industry standards. They were a worthy winner of The Best Implementation of Technology Award.”

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
