Towergate and AXA seen as possible suitors
Shares in Broker Network Holdings rose sharply today as it confirmed it had received an offer approach for the company.
In a statement to the stock exchange it said: "There can be no certainty that an offer will be made or as to the terms on which such an offer may be made."
AXA and Towergate have been tipped as potential bidders.
