More than 400 brokers have responded to legal expenses insurer DAS which is asking how to develop its service support.

The results of the survey are to be published at the end of April and DAS plans to announce its response to brokers' wishes in June.

Broker business manager Richard Scott Smith said: "We cannot emphasise enough how vital broker input is. If a large percentage of brokers find email one of the most efficient means of communication for transacting business (as the already returned questionnaires appear to suggest) we must respond to such findings."
