Personal lines intermediary Budget Financial Services has announced its new structure, following the company's acquisition of the Dial Direct Group of companies in October.
The senior executive team is now as follows:
Peter Winslow, Group Chief Executive
Ian Leech, Group Finance Director and Deputy CEO
Paul Cosh, Managing Director, Retail Network
Michael Bennett, Managing Director, Commercial
Franco Cotumaccio, Customer Relations Director
Budget group chief executive Peter Winslow said: "We took a great deal of care to ensure that we got the new company structure right.
This involved breaking down our existing business structures into a series of component activities and setting up working parties from both companies to examine how best to structure them.
We are very pleased with the end result and believe we now have a very strong management team in place to take the business forward into 2002 and beyond."
