Options mean Warren Buffett could take 5% of reinsurer
Warren Buffett holds options in Munich Re that, if exercised, could give him a 5% stake, Reuters reports.
"On 19 January 2010 (Buffett) directly or indirectly held financial instruments that granted him the right to subscribe to shares in our company which bear 1.945% of the voting rights," Munich Re said.
